Summer 2019 saw Kingsgate and guests heading back across the channel to investigate seaweed with Olmix. Maria Matard Mann from the Algal research Centre in Roscoff gave us an amazing morning on the Roscoff coast, discussing and describing the different types of seaweed found. Anyone that loves rock-pooling would have had a great time.

Roscoff offers some of the most amazing restaurants. Sylvain David happens to not only be an algal expert but also a wine connoisseur! Exceptionally helpful when you are trying to find your new favourite tipple.
